Job Description

Webfor is seeking a full-time Web Designer/Developer to join our growing team. We’re a fun team of creative developers, designers, and marketing professionals. We thrive on seeing our clients succeed and team members succeed.

About You

You’re an innovative designer looking to use your skills to design websites, logos, and various forms of collateral. You’re willing to work with a team of like-minded people who seek to produce the best end-product possible. You’re not afraid of a challenge or hard deadlines. You can take your designs and present them effectively to clients of all sizes.

You’re also versed in front-end WordPress development. This includes building your designs into fully functional sites. Depending on the team’s needs, some weeks may be spent solely on design, while others may be spent solely on development.

You’re a go-getter, always learning and always growing. No task is too big or complex. You’re organized and tackle tasks in a meticulous way. You have a deep appreciation for process and design thinking. You can expect to learn so much from our marketing and creative team. Everything from SEO best practices to designing for Enterprise clients.

The Role

We’re looking for a Designer/Developer to largely support Web design efforts and work order management for projects of all sizes. This role has the opportunity to grow, expand, or niche down as our duties and responsibilities change.

COMPENSATION: $40,000 to $60,000 annually.

EXPECTED START DATE: No later than May 1st.

Here are some of the core responsibilities associated with this role:

  • Project management of all active Web projects.
  • Create custom Web designs inside Adobe XD or Figma (preferred). Regular use of Creative Cloud apps. 
  • Branding/logo design using tools such as Adobe Illustrator.
  • Oversight and management of our client sites and 3rd party servers.
  • The ability to effectively communicate and present your design thinking to internal team members and external stakeholders.
  • Have a high-level of detail in design and development execution.
  • Deliver assets in a timely manner.
  • Execution of HTML/CSS to build your custom-designed sites within WordPress.
  • Detail-oriented and familiar with QA/Testing for recently deployed sites.
  • Familiarity with generative tools is a plus.
