Webfor pays its employees to volunteer in our local community.

Webfor pays its employees to volunteer in our local community. As our business grows, we are always looking for new and exciting ways to not only service our clients, but our local community as well. That’s why Webfor announced in January of 2014 that we were launching an employee volunteer program.

Our salaried employees are now able to take up to two full days of paid time every year to volunteer at charity organizations once they’ve achieved one year of tenure with our company. While our employees can choose from an array incredible organizations to serve, Webfor has special relationships with the following charities:

Boys & Girls Clubs of Southwest Washington

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Southwest Washington provides a haven for school-age children that provides high-quality programs that teach important skills and a lifelong love of learning. Our compassionate staff are committed to creating a safe, friendly environment where kids can have fun and engage with confidence-building programs in a welcoming space of their peers.

100 Men Vancouver

100 Men Vancouver operates on the belief that we can make a larger impact in our community if we work together. Each of the 100+ members brings $100 with them and meet once every quarter. Three local charities make a pitch and the members come to a vote. One charity then walks away with more than $10,000 to help them achieve their long-term goals and serve the community in greater ways that any one of us could alone.

Share Vancouver

Share Vancouver provides a spectrum of free services to our most vulnerable populations, from safe shelters to hot meals and long-term programs that help keep families off the street. This local organization serves more than 1,100 hard-to-reach homeless individuals every year with compassion to address the challenges that chronic homelessness poses every day.

Charity Poll

Dream Big Community Center won our charity poll, where we matched the donation dollar-for-vote. The founder, Nathan Webster, came by personally to pick up the check. DBCC has been helping young adolescents discover and follow thier dreams in the Portland and Vancouver, WA metro areas since 2004. We were honored to present them with this $500 dollar donation.
