My name is Michael Chen, and I bring more than 20 years of experience across creative direction, digital marketing, advertising, and instructional design. My background spans global brands, startups, higher education, and nonprofit organizations, giving me a multidisciplinary perspective on how design, storytelling, and technology work together to create meaningful experiences.
Throughout my career, I have led creative teams, developed brand campaigns, launched digital products, and partnered closely with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to support business growth and audience engagement. I have held creative leadership roles across Amazon Advertising, Amazon Web Services, and Amazon Music, helping build campaigns and experiences that connected with audiences across global markets.
At Webfor, I bring a collaborative and people-focused approach to creative and design, content, and communication. I am passionate about accessible design, thoughtful storytelling, and creating work that is visually compelling, purposeful, and human-centered.
Outside of work, I enjoy motorcycle rides, collecting comics and attending conventions, listening to jazz and blues, and spending time with my two cats.
