Account Manager (Part-Time)

Webfor is seeking a new part-time Account Manager who wants to join our growing team and is passionate about helping clients reach their potential. The Role

This is a part-time position: 20 hours per week with the opportunity to move to full-time as work permits.

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join the team. Someone who knows the digital marketing and creative space, coupled with experience in developing and nurturing client relationships, would be a great fit. Our Account Management team is responsible for collaborating and meeting with our clients to build a strategy for success. We create strategies, communicate project action items, develop reports to communicate results, and keep all individuals, both our clients and our internal team, informed. We are strategy developers, relationship builders, and project managers.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Helping businesses achieve their marketing objectives.
  • Managing marketing (SEO, PPC, Social, Content, etc.) accounts.
  • Analyzing marketing performance and conversion data through Google Analytics and other tools.
  • Protect client and agency interests by thoughtfully managing resources and identifying new opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare and conduct monthly client review meetings to discuss strategy and marketing priorities.
  • Organize tasks and manage deliverables submitted by various team members.
  • Work closely with your Delivery Team to structure and execute client marketing strategies.
  • Ability to recommend new solutions that deliver value to the customer.
  • Be responsible for overall project success through timeline and expectation setting.
  • Maintain a regular number of accounts and relationships with clients.

Qualifications and Characteristics of the ideal candidate:

  • 2-4 years of Account Management experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Strong grasp and ability to articulate Digital Marketing Channel concepts and knowledge.
  • A demonstrated track record of gaining trust and respect by consistently demonstrating sound critical thinking skills and maintaining composure and empathy in occasional high-pressure situations.
  • Highly organized with a pension for detail.
  • Know how to manage Google Spreadsheets, Documents, and Slides.
  • Preferably located in the Portland, OR / Vancouver, WA metro area or Florida.
  • Has a dedicated, professional workspace from home.
