About You

You have a strong grasp of the digital media landscape, including various social media platforms, and have experience managing non-personal social media accounts. You love to see content grow and reach different audiences. You enjoy working on a team and are open to learning new things.


  • Solid understanding of how each social media channel works and how to optimize content for engagement on those channels
  • Ability to strategize and generate content plans for clients that vary by audience and channel. This includes managing content calendars and publishing at pre-determined times.
  • Experience with social media analytics, including Google Analytics and Facebook Insights
  • Skilled in creating video content including YouTube Shorts, TikToks, Stories, and Reels
  • Photography experience is a plus, but not required

The Role

This is a part-time position: 20 hours per week with the opportunity to move to full-time as work permits.

As the Social Media Specialist, your main responsibility will be Social Media. You will be responsible for managing and executing Social Media strategies for several clients to increase their online presence and improve marketing and sales efforts. You will also be expected to help various other departments and team members based on Webfor’s needs. This could mean helping the PPC team with ads, Account Managers with reporting, Content with editing and writing, and more.


  • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform targeting, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification
  • Create engaging social media content and execute pillar content
  • Manage inbound social media activity
  • Develop content calendars on a weekly and/or monthly basis using social media planning tools
  • Monitor analytics with social media team to identify strategic ideas
  • Monitor industry trends and relevant conversations
  • Report social media analytics monthly
  • Assist and collaborate with other Marketing Team members when needs arise
