Senior Content Writer

Kyle Greenwood

I’m a Senior Content Writer at Webfor, where I turn complex ideas into clear, search-friendly content people actually want to read. Before joining Webfor, I spent 25 years at The Columbian—starting on the sports desk, moving to columbian.com, then into advertising to write and edit special sections—followed by content development at Sprout, a Columbian subsidiary. That newsroom-to-digital path gave me a blend of editorial judgment, audience instincts, and hands-on production skills that I bring to every page and post.

At Webfor, I plan and write websites and blog articles across industries, with a focus on strategy, readability, and respectful use of AI tools. AI is becoming a huge part of content creation, and I don't like it any more than you do! But it's better to ride this wave than to be swallowed whole. I am an adept prompt engineer who gives AI the tools it needs to produce better content that appeals to both readers and LLMs alike.

My approach is simple: make the content useful, make it human, and make sure it works for the business and the reader. You’ll often find me tightening headlines, sharpening structure, and coaching teammates on voice and formatting so the message lands cleanly.

Whether I’m outlining a long-form piece, building a content brief, or polishing a call to action, I’m chasing clarity. In the smallest number of words that do the job–or as many words as it takes.

Great content feels effortless because the hard work happens behind the scenes—happy to do the heavy lifting with you.
